a little explanation helps a lot

why choose exenergy

We believe that trust is important, but we recognise that trust can’t be requested, it must be earned. So, if you’re trying to choose an Installer to trust in your home or your business, we’d like to invite you to look around our website, speak to our people, and get to know us a little bit so that you can compare us with our competitors. That way, you can make an informed choice.

We would just like to add, though, that we’ve installed energy saving measures in well over 100,000 homes and businesses, and you can read snippets of our customer feedback dotted around this website, or you can go straight to our testimonials page.

And, finally, a word about size. We’re big enough to offer keen prices and extended guarantees on things like heating systems because of our buying power and relationships with the major manufacturers. And we’re small enough for everybody in the company to know everybody else on first name terms, which we think matters in a strong company culture that’s based on caring about people.

Gas Safe Register logo

Gas Safe Registered

The Gas Safe Register was formerly known as Corgi. Gas safety is obviously of paramount importance if we are to feel safe at home and in the workplace. The dangers that surround unsafe gas are deadly serious. That’s why all our Heating Engineers are Gas Safe Registered.

Exenergy’s GAS SAFE Registration Number is: 184772

You can take a look at our certificate

It’s not always easy to spot an illegal gas fitter from a fully qualified GAS Safe Registered Heating Engineer, so always ask to see an ID card to be sure he or she is safe and legal.

Construction Line logo

Construction Line Approved

Construction Line is the UK register of pre-qualified construction services. It basically assesses companies within the construction industry to ensure that they comply with common minimum standards. This is very helpful for buyers and suppliers who engage in complex tendering processes, because they do not have to start from scratch when evaluating a company; they can trust that it has already been thoroughly vetted by Construction Line.

Investors in People

Most people are aware of Investors in People, so we won’t say much here, other than to say we’ve been part of it for many years, and perhaps just to acknowledge that we do invest heavily in our people and their collective approach.

Building a team requires more effort than simply placing employees on training courses; it’s about applying care and consideration to everything we do, for our customers, each other and our suppliers.
