‘We write to commend all of your staff who undertook the task of providing and installing cavity wall insulation in our home on Tuesday last. We were particularly impressed with the quiet efficiency of Julian and Graham, the two men who operated the equipment and injected the insulation material. They were very dispatchful and on completing the job cleaned down all of the surfaces affected by the dust that came after their drilling.
We must also commend Mark, Home Energy Assessor, who surveyed our property and who made very detailed notes explaining thoroughly the options open to us. He also made some drill holes to help in his assessments.
Earlier in the year we wrote to commend all of those involved in the insulation of our loft, another job with which we were very pleased. Once again we are most happy with the work that has been done and trust that our home will now be warmer and that our fuel bills will be lower. The above young man is the third surveyor to have visited my home in connection with cavity wall insulation. The first two were quick, slick and completely unhelpful. Your man has looked at every inch of the walls inside and out, looked in the loft spaces and the amount of insulation placed there when the house was built in 1979. He explained the product, the method of putting it into the walls, what I need to do about my beloved trees and so on. He has taken plenty of time to explain everything to an old man. If the rest of the company is as good as he has been you must be a brilliant company. I look forward to enjoying the benefits in due course.’

Craig visited Mrs Aguiar to carry out a Home Energy Assessment and, during the course of the visit, she mentioned to Craig that both her and her husband were getting headaches in the evenings. He asked a few questions about her boiler and then rang Transco on their behalf. Transco came to inspect the boiler and condemned it for omitting carbon monoxide. During a follow-up call by one of our Heating Advisors, Mrs Aguiar asked if we could pass on her “grateful thanks to Craig”, who has “saved their lives”.

Your surveyor Craig is a credit to you, his friendly and honest approach coupled to his professional ability to explain the benefits of your company services cannot be faulted. Following his first visit and discussion I proceeded with insulating the loft. At the time he also highlighted the benefits of cavity wall insulation and even managed to persuade my wife to overcome her doubts as to this type of insulation. I also had no reservations in recommending Craig to my mother in law who was considering cavity wall insulation, a job which has recently been completed.
The team that you sent here to complete the loft insulation work cannot be faulted, timely courteous, tidy, efficient and performed in my opinion a first class job.
It is only today that your staff completed the cavity wall insulation at the property and the manner in which the job has been completed has prompted me to put pen to paper. Once again your staff were timely and courteous and ensured that I was fully advised as to how the job would progress. I must also add that all the contact that I have had with your office has been most professional, customer care is obviously something valued by your staff.
